Bought for a December trip to Iceland. Bought a size medium for UK size 5 and a half woman's walking boots - perfect size! Only took 1 minute to attach to boots when walking and easy to flick off when going into shops etc, small enough to be kept in coat pocket.Downside - they went rusty quickly, I would think it could be down to the salt/grit used on the pavements, but then I would expect this to have been a consideration when creating them. This didn't effect their use etc, but just be mindful when putting in your pocket! (Keep in freezer bag).Recommend.

Very disappointed as grips fell off on first brief wear in snow & ice. By the end of the 3rd wear only 2 remained on one foot. Bought a different design for rest of family which where cheaper and a 2 pack and they lasted throughout.

The media could not be loaded.  You can use this product on snowy roads, but not just for snowy roads. It can be used on bumpy and difficult roads. It is also a safe option for climbing.I easily attached these attachments to my mountaineering Columbia brand shoes and walked about 2-3 miles twice with my shoes without any problems. It looks solid and has very good grip on snow, ice and mud. I wear size UK9 shoes and this add-on fits very well with my shoes.I haven't tried it on snow yet, but it's pretty good on muddy, slippery and bumpy areas. It is definitely good especially for mountain hikes.

Bought a medium for size 5 trainers. Fits well. Silicone is stretchy and strong. The grips have multiple prongs not the single spike I'm used to. Works really well on ice. Good buy
