Bought item to clean carpet and floors. Very lightweight heats up quickly works like a steam iron. You have to vacuum carpet before using steam cleaner. My carpets are not deep pile so it moves over the surface fine. Very quick task also very good on kitchen floor. I have bought additional white mop cover so I can use item on different areas. Great value for the price

Great piece of home cleaning equipment. Easy to put together and gives a great clean and plenty of steam. Lightweight and easy to change the heads and refill. Handle is a little flimsy but you can remove this and use without. Really happy with this and would definely buy again.

A lightweight easy to use steam mop. Ideal for hard surfaces and for carpets. It can be used as a long handled mop or taken apart and used as a hand held steamer. Good piece of household kit.

What a complete load of crap, if I could give zero stars I would. First time using it and the cloth fell off like 10 times in 5 minutes. Steam was poor and cheap quality. Missing screws. Just awful. I got so irate with this thing I took it outside and smashed it. Got a proper one arriving now tomorrow, Vax. Do not waste your money on this cheaper item. Spend the money on a decent one, your regret it.

Unfortunately, the item did not work as expected and leaked water on the floor whilst it was heating up, and the filling cup was also cracked. The seller was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. I was very disappointed as it looked good, was easy to fill the tank, heated up quickly, and was easy to use. I think I just got a faulty model. The seller did offer to send a replacement but I had lost faith in the item by then. I would still recommend this item for others as you will hopefully have better luck than me, but the rating is based on my experience.

10 out of 10. Well worth the money. So easy to use and it cleans amazing.

Il fuit, pas de remboursement ni retour possible Franchement si vous avez les moyens, ne jettez pas votre argent par les fenêtres dans ce truc éphémère (L'étoile est là juste pour dire qu'il a fait son taf pendant les 9 mois en question)

La uso per pulire i tappeti ed il risultato è soddisfacente. Ovviamente non è una scopa Professionale ma tuttavia fa un buon lavoro.

J'avoue que j'utilise mon appareil rarement mais il fait le travail :)

My unit was not working the way I expected. Mop stick to the floor and it's throwing cold steam. I was fearful to put my hand in front of steam initially but then I realize that it's just throwing cold steam like a Diffuser (Humidifier). When I put Item return request, it's not Amazon return and it's like personal post back to the company. After taking it with Amazon and Seller , they returned the money though.

Bin total zufrieden mit dem Mop. Es macht wieder Spaß zu putzen. :-)
