Sump pump stand
Exactly what was needed to raise my Zoeller 53 sump pump by around 1 3/4 inches. Which in my chamber equates to about 1.3 gallons. Good price and although coming from the USA arrived in just a few days.

The stand is as described and does the trick. Another reviewer mentioned it would be nice if the height was adjustable, well.... I am using a Liberty 457 1/2hp pump which is VERY light as far as sump pumps go (Aluminium with fins for cooling). As this base floats it decreased the weight of my sump enough to make it unstable. I flipped the stand upsidedown so the legs are facing up and placed the sump ontop. The legs now act as "stabilzers" to keep it from tipping and it still provides lift off the bottom of the pit. Not as intended, but works fantastic for my application. PumpSpy feel free to send royalties my way. ;)

Traditionally, two bricks have been used in sump basins to raise your sump pump by a couple of inches. This keeps small stones and sediments out of the impeller and extends the life of the pump. There are two main reasons why using this sump pump stand is a better solution than a couple of bricks: 1. The bottom of sump pump basins can be slightly uneven. This stand has three legs so no matter how uneven the bottom of your sump basin, the pump won’t be unstable. Bricks on a slightly uneven surface will allow the pump to rock and sway. 2. The stand has cut outs to allow sediment that has been churned up to flow back to the bottom of the basin. Two bricks present a flat surface that will allow sediment to accumulate and to be sucked up into the sump pump’s impeller. So bricks may not do as much to isolate your sump pump from sediment. This stand is solid, but it would still make sense to zip tie the center area of your pump—the area between the discharge port and the pump motor—to the stand, reducing the possibility for the stand or pump to shift. Using a zip tie will also make it easier to position the pump and stand in the basin. Compared to the numerous look-alike sump pump stands, the PumpSpy stand is heavier-duty.

The base works well keeping the pump away from dirt and gravel. It keeps it level. It protects the pump well.
