My boyfriend is very broad backed and muscular and these shirts always fit him so well around the arms length and not super baggy in stomach. They may shrink a small bit but not a lot and over time hold up really well

I'm 5'6", 158 lbs, around 18-20% body fat, and size M fits me well. I struggle to find long sleeve tees that fit my body. Either S is a bit too snug, or M is a bit too loose, but this tee fits snug on the arms and upper chest/back area while having a normal fit in the midsection. Happy with my purchase
