Q: Is this product supposed to come with a tamper proof seal?

I called Maybelline, after the second tube was also sent the same way as the first one, that I tossed and was refunded for - NO PACKAGING. Maybelline said that the tube doesn't have packaging or a safety seal and that if it looks unused, it's safe to use. Just felt I had to respond to my first response and let you know.

For hygiene safety I'd return it with the stipulation they send you a sealed item. ALL personal products should be sealed or have a tamper safe closure of some kind to let you know the item is sterile.
