Such a cool clock. I bought it as a house warming gift for a friend and she loved it. Best purchase ever.

Decent for the price tag. I already knew it was plastic going into the purchase but still wish there was a chrome/metal version that charged accordingly, cuz I would prally buy it. I have seen other versions of the melting clock that have metal parts and quartz but this design wins out of all of them for me. After a couple weeks the time is still within a minute(no second hand) and working correctly. Hangs easily on multiple surfaces without need for adhesive or weight. Heads up it makes the classic ticking noise every second in case you are easily annoyed. Doesn't bother me....my wife? Not so muchhhhh. Needless to stay it stays in a room far from the bedroom! It is good as a gift if you don't mind it being more of a joke/sentiment as are the likes of those found in the aisles of a Spencer Gifts or Hot Topic.....if those are even around anymore. Again for just under $10 it is worth it. As a plus, for those who are consumed by multiple zoom/video calls during the 2020 pandemic, it is a fun background piece that doesn't look plastic from a blurred distance!

Clock is nice and it’s cool. However giving 3 stars because I bought the green clock and the pictures are not representative of the color. The clock in the picture shows a very neon style green. The clock is more like a grass green. Don’t buy it based on the photo if your looking for something that might glow under black light.

Love this clock! Different n sits well on shelves. I purchased to sit on a shelf in the wall...above my TV. Very convenient to see the time while watching tv. Nice gift too.
