I bought these along with one of those door braces to use when my wife and I went on a trip last year. I wanted to strap a Claymore to the door as a force multiplier against hoodlums breaking in, but apparently Amazon doesn’t sell those. Unfortunately, I forgot all this stuff at home when we went on our trip. But when I played with them when they arrived on my door step, they worked as they were designed.

This was reasonably priced for peace of mind. It is a like a doorstop that slides a bit under most doors, with an extremely loud alarm to discourage any intruder. It cakes a battery. You can use it for home and travel! Best purchase ever!

The media could not be loaded. Not sure what’s upgraded. Looks very similar to the door lock I owned over a decade back. Loud quality batteries last a long time I recommend this item

We used this at our hotel room doors, we were pleased when tested them before turning down the sheets. Fortunately we were not violated while resting, however unfortunately one of the four did not work. We flipped batteries and all but it continued to malfunction. Otherwise we were pleased.

I thought this would be great for traveling but it isn't. I actually got stuck in my bedroom trying it out! Luckily my sun room is off my bedroom and I was able to climb out the window, onto a deck, and get into my house to the other side of my bedroom door. The latch doesn't line up correctly and the door gets stuck. In a hotel room, with different doors in every hotel, your chances of getting stuck in your room are great. I returned and received a full refund. The customer service was good; the product not so good.

Thus is a great door stopper alarm. It’s very loud 👍🏾
