Very nice brace but two things to know before you purchase
This brace is very nice, it's very elastic, breathable it is well-made. There are two things that I think people need to know before they purchase. One is that the metal piece that goes under your wrist, has an odd second bend in it. I have other braces and they don't have a bend that goes up into your wrist. This is easily fixed by bending it back into shape. The major issue is the manufacturers added a very small dart to the brace to give it some shape. This is dart is on the outer portion of the brace and there is no reason this couldn't have been sewn with the dart on the outside. With the dark on the inside it's very painful if you have sensitive skin or, like me, a broken wrist. The brace is not meant to be worn loosely which means that dart is going to press into your skin. I realize my arm is a little sensitive – this wasn't necessarily made for a broken wrist, but I bought it as a second brace. I was able to remove the dart using a seam ripper, and now the brace is very comfortable. I like that it's lightweight and breathable. I just wanted to write this in case anyone has sensitive skin, or is using this on her wrist that may be bruised or damaged. Overall, it's nicely made.

For osu! recovery
Only bought this recently but the effects are already starting to kick in. I have more stamina in my left hand and it does not to be as tight and 'lock up' like it used to do. It's really flexible too and does not effect my day to day life too much, I tend to wear it in college and while playing games and can comfortably say that once you get used to it you don't even notice it. The main reason why I actually bought it was because my doctor recommended that I got it for my RSI, as I am a college student I didn't want to spend a fortune on this as I don't have that much money, but it was perfectly priced and is actually surprisingly comfy whilst keeping your wrist in place!

It works for light use
I almost didn't buy it because of so many negative reviews, but it was one of the few that were breathable, I knew I didn't need heavy use so I went for it. It is nice looking, the size is ok,(got medium for right hand) maybe a bit uncomfortable in the top, near the knuckles because of the material being a bit rough, and in general, though I have small arms a tiny wrists, when putting a bit more pressure it feels uncomfortable after a while. I guess in winter one can have a long sleeve top so it wont be a problem. I am happy with it overall, it gives me automatic relief, my issue is tingly, pins and needles numbness in the hand and pain when using the mouse, but after a few minutes of use it calms down all symptoms, but, once again, I don't use it all day, I use it in batches of 15 minutes to 45, a few times a day. I can see why it could come apart (like the reviews with photos) with heavy use, but for me it has been great for now, only a few days of use but I can even use the computer for a few minutes, which was impossible without this splint, so no regrets.

Great support
Good quality support with adjustable straps so it was always comfortable and gave great support. Gave it 4/5 as I going i had to try 2-3 times to get it in the right position because of the metal strip not quite sitting in the right place. Would highly recommend!

Ideal for conditions that are not too advanceded
I cannot wear it throughout the night as I am supposed to. The pain does break through after a few hours but that is because my carpal tunnel problem is far advanced.I wear it during the day and get welcome relief but obviously need to remove it when I need to use my hand for chores.I will buy one for my other hand which is also showing symptoms.Pleased to have it.

Bought for carpel tunnel syndrome
Bought as have long wait till get to see hospital physio so doctor recommended this type of support.Have made a difference to the pain and numbness. Easy to fit and remove can adjust tightness as needed. Wrists and arm still get warm and sweat. But can hand wash once remove metal support. Just make sure you measure wrist so get right size. I was just with in large size bracket but may have been better going up to xl still comfortable to wear when working and take off during rest times

Relief of pain
The item is of good quality and it does what it says on the tin. I’m pregnant and was experiencing pins and needles during the night and as soon as I put it on ,it has stopped that pain ,there was slight tingling sensation but other than that it really does give you a lot of support . However, I think the left wrist was feeling lonely ,so now the pain is gone to the left wrist now I bought another one so I’m now wearing them both during the night and intermittently during the day I would recommend it

Really good support..!
I really like this support as it fit well on my small hands and wrist. I still can move around with my fingers.Down side the metal flat rod to help support hand and wrist is not so good, as its not secure from the bottom and tends to slide down and sticks out which can be dangerous as can dig into your wrist.Hence the 4star review.!
