JVC HAFX102 Xtreme Xplosives In-Ear Headphones - Blue

I used to use the HAFX101GE model which served me well for 3 years, I needed to replace them so I bought this model the FX102, IMO they are more or less the same quality sound and feel as the other model. There are a couple of differences between this and the older model, one being that the cable is thicker and second a right angle jack. I could of purchased the older model but I thought I would give the 102's a chance and I'm very impressed. The main reason why I like the Xtreme Xplosives is the design of the earbud, unlike most brands I've tried over the years these actually fit snug and stay in the ear. The noise cancelling is fine, cuts out about 70percent of the outside world which for me is good because I ride a motorcycle and the buds cut out engine noise.

I've owned 3 pairs of JVCs explosive earphones, very durable, comfortable and fantastic volume and bass. Yes they may be plastic but what do you expect for a tenner? They are always improving the earphones with the new jack on these ones!

good quality, I seem to go through ear buds/headphones quite quickly, these have lasted a while now.only downside is the amount they stick out the ear, I usually sleep listening to binaural beats, I have to make sure my ear isn't pressed to the pillow

I've always been a fan of the XX range because of the bass these provide. These particular headphone do not disappoint. I think I've found my go-to model. :)

I was disappointed in these, I've had JVC headphones before and they've been some of the best audio reproduction I've ever had, even at sub £20 pricetag. based on reviews and product information i decided to buy and simply don't use them. They are incredibly uncomfortable in the ear, the design has a lot of edges and points which just doesn't sit comfortably in the ear. and the sound reproduction is very poor. lacking depth or clarity. Would never buy again and it's put me off JVC as a manufacturer.

Einfach schöner klang. Sehr guter Bass ! Ist das zweite Paar . Das erste bekam nach 6 Jahren einen Wackelkontakt aber ich geh such grob mit dem um . Preis und Qualität ist von der Firma sehr gut . Es sind verschiedene Aufsätze dabei ,für jede Ohrgröße ein guter Halt. Ich bleib dabei !

I love these and the price was great! I found them in a review of inexpensive ear buds with great bass, and wasn't disappointed. HOWEVER, the other day I thought I had lost them (I didn't!) and decided, since I liked these so much, why not pay a bit less then twice the price for the "JVC HAFR100XB Elation XX Ear Buds"? Which I will buy on payday. Don't really need them like I thought I did since I found out where these were (checked pocket of wrong shirt!) but I was already sold on the HAFR100XB with all the great reviews.

The bass isn't what is advertised but the overall sound quality is better than most ear buds. I was replacing my jvc sport headphones, because I lost the rubber thing... Those headphones had what these headphones don't as these are a little too high pitched for me. But instead of buying those other headphones again I fell for the marketing of these ones thinking that since they were made for bass that they would be much better... Nope.
