Favorite journal I’ve owned, a joy to use
I’ve used a few now and this is the first and still best journal I’ve bought since I started regularly writing. The cover is soft with an elastic band to hold it shut and the color was as it appeared online.I like the thickness of the pages and had no issues with bleed through. I tend to use gel ink pens so this was important for me. There is a very slight shadow of words on the page from behind but I’ve never been distracted by this or found it unacceptable personally.Still some of my favorite paper to write on because it’s just so smooth. The writing experience was so nice because the journal lays flat without much fuss, each page has a small subtle space at the top outer edge for the date, the pocket in the back is well-constructed and can hold stickers or page flags or notes. It’s just a very functional and lovely journal. It wasn’t a hassle to use which made it easier to use more often for me. No little hiccups with pages being misprinted or bleeding through or rough edges. Just a pleasure to use. There’s a pen loop on this journal attached to the back cover but I rarely used that. It was nice to have it available for the rare times when I did want it.The cost was fair in my opinion and I think it would make a lovely gift. It could be fun when giving as a gift to put a pen into the pen holder and slip some stickers or a card into the back pocket. Overall a very nice product that I feel sure I’ll purchase again in the future. Once my current journal is full I’ll go back to this brand. I’ve tried some others and I’m a loyal customer now.

Awesome Notebook
Very high quality for the price point. I use this everyday, and tote it all around. I'm so glad I didn't buy the Mo**sk*** one that was 3x the price 😊

Long Lasting High Quality Notebook & Paper
I have been ordering these notebooks for a couple of years now and they hold up really well with daily use. Some notebooks fall apart quickly but I use mine daily for my work and it lasts no problem with daily wear and use. It's comfortable to write on and has thick quality paper. Would recommend!

Great Choice for Budget-Conscious Fountain Pen Users!
I think I'm on my 7th-8th order of these, always two-at-a-time, doesn't matter the color. At 20-30pgs /night, they don't last long.Coupled with a Lamy 2000 [F] fountain pen and Lamy Crystal Azurite ink, the experience on these relatively cheap notebooks often rivals some of the higher-end notebooks that sell for double+ the price.Silky-smooth, almost glassy, the pen skates across the page without effort.8/10 - my only complaint is that (sometimes) the pages aren't evenly coated, or the texture is every-so-slightly different, causing the pen to slip (not skip). - Not often, but when you're 2hrs into writing and the pen suddenly moves a quarter-inch "on its own" it can be jarring.

Best journal!
Best journal ever! Love the super soft cover. Very durable. A little on the large side to have to transport to work and back, makes my laptop bag a bit heavy. But, it’s worth it. Book marks are useful. Pages are good quality

Affordable, my preferred A5
I use the lined version of these for book reviews. Dot journals don't work for me, because my reviews/critiques are several pages long, sometimes into double digits. The 320 page book provides plenty of space. I've bought several, in different colors; this gray is a really nice charcoal, the cover texture is smooth. I'm using it to keep notes on a writing project. I did buy a dot grid version in lavender, which I use at work for quick notes, lists, reminders, etc. The lavender color is gorgeous is you're a fan of purple. The paper leans more towards ivory, rather than cream, and is very smooth. The lines aren't solid, but micro dot and unobtrusive, as is the pre-printed date field in the header, and the pre-printed page numbers in the footer. Everything is in a subtle gray; once you get the words down, you don't even notice the lines.A word about page count: The 320 page version includes the three table of content pages and a blank page in the count, so there's only 316 pages. My only issue with this journal is the binding for the first and last pages (first ToC, and pages 315/316. The inner half inch is glued to the end papers and although technically useable, it's not worth the hassle. So, technically, a 4.5 rating.Other than that, I have no complaints. I think these are too bulky and heavy to put in a tote or backpack, but it might not be an issue for some. I prefer a B6 slim for that. For my stay at home, long book review journals, these are my go-to.
