I have had this 55" umbrella for a few weeks now, and generally, I am very impressed.Starting with the least important. It looks nice, I like the red on the shaft and spokes/stretchers. It isn't too blingy, but it looks good.The build quality is very good, I have taken the umbrella out in heavy rain and quite strong winds, and unlike my previous umbrella, this one has held up very well.The handle is very nice, I have never liked hooked umbrellas, as they normally feel too small for my hand, but with this design, it is pretty good.Deploying the umbrella is simple you press the button, and up it pops. This size of the umbrella isn't the biggest. 55" sounds like a decent amount, but I do find it doesn't cover my whole body.The umbrella comes with a sheath, but it isn't very good. The problem is the bottom is elasticated, and when you put the umbrella inside, the elastic doesn't stop the umbrella, and it then goes past the point of the rubber end tip. This becomes a big issue when using the umbrella, as an end tip, flutes out and back in, and the elastic gets stuck when trying to get the umbrella out.So overall a very good umbrella. Maybe a little small, and certainly, the sheath needs to replace the elastic but other than that I would highly recommend this umbrella.

Have now used this umbrella in anger several times and it works well. Haven't had to face any really serious winds yet but in the winds it has dealt with - I've been impressed.Nice to also have a pretty unique umbrella in my town - the red shaft stands out well and the opening mechanism is smooth and reliable.If it lasts 2 years it will have paid for itself against several cheap umbrella from a well known sports warehouse on the high street.

My umbrella arrived yesterday. It’s a lovely umbrella but It doesn’t always open all the way up when the button is pressed.The handle doesn’t have the red as shown in the product design description. It makes it look ‘manly’Has the design changed?

Lasted in a strong wind and kept the rain off, good size, not too big.

Loved this product, only used it once and then it was left in the car. I recently came to use it again and the walking tip has disappeared, it screws on by the look of it. So disappointing. I will attempt to get a replacement tip from the supplier/manufacturer. Please don't be put off by this - it is a lovely umbrella.

Really useful, I tend to use it to help keep my balance and lean on in light drizzle, but if needed will use as an umbrella! Very sturdy, would recommend especially if someone needed a temporary walking stick

Great product really nice and light weight. Knocked a star off as the automatic button to open and close the brolly sometimes gets stuck in so making it difficult to close back down. I am hoping this will settle with more frequent use. Used it in a downpour walking with my husband. kept both of us dry. Thanks
