Ich verwende dieses Produkt zur Herstellung für mein Joghurt. Dieses wird damit Stichfest und hält wie angegeben im Kühlschrank. Allerdings hat der Joghurt damit dann doch ein ganz leichten Geschmack nach Pulver. Werde ich trotzdem weiter nehmen, da das nur ein winzig kleiner Kritikpunkt ist.
