This product does not work in Europe. The website stated the sapphire 5 covered all the countries I would be traveling to and this product does not deliver any service.The countries I’ve been traveling through have no coverage. The sapphire cannot connect to any network 90% of the time. This is by far one of the most expensive WiFi pucks out there and it does not perform for the price point. I recommend getting a SIM card in whatever country you are traveling to and purchasing local internet. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

thank you for your help on this small matter, why pay for this product when I already own a hotspot, zfold 4 Samsung that cost me 3 or 4 times what this does. like I said great product but why would I buy something that I already own? when I came and started to show sim cards for 8 gb, what? No, way I need 200 gb the minimum, our phones come equipt with this. Is like when I went to boost mobile they said our coverage don't cover your note 4, what A Holes!!! Anyways, petty companies like so: in Guatemala they have 2 companies Tigo wich is best and Claro 2nd best!! but never the best over there, now for me who is a couch potato and a movie buff! I need reliable and affordable, that's all!! I Am a simple man! NEVER THE LESSS!!! I WANT THE BEST AT THE BEST POCKET SAVIOR!!!!

So this device is a mobile hotspot that should be able to get a 5G or LTE signal most anywhere it would be available. You need to refer to the list of countries supported, but there are a lot of places.The device itself seems really well made. It is easy to use and can be managed with a phone app to check data usage and add data plans.It came with 5GB of data to use and I did test it and all seemed to be well. The thing that wasn't communicated well was that once you start using your data of that initial 5GB that is included for free you have 1 week to use it and then it's gone.I didn't have a real use for it immediately and put it away, but during a time I was having issues with my internet at home I thought I would try using this until my regular internet was restored since I had the data, or so I thought.I then learned the data was gone and contacted their support. They explained the situation, which didn't make me too happy at the time. I just switched to using my phone as a hotspot and was not sure what to do with this device.Well support shortly contacted me and let me know they restored the initial data due to the confusion.I will say this is not a cheap device, but it does seem premium. You can also insert a sim card from a mobile carrier and it seems like it would work as a hotspot that way too, though I have not tested.I plan to use it this summer when doing a bit of travel and I have a feeling I will be glad to have it, but I did get the device as a sample to review. I think if you have need of a hotspot while traveling and don't want to worry about what your phone carrier might charge you for trying to tether to your phone all over the place this is probably worth the investment.

This product was literally perfect for this winter storm that knocked out our power. We gave it a go with our devices and they connected flawlessly. It's nice that it came with some data pre-loaded so that we didn't have to pay to use it as well.

It did what it's suppose to do as a hotspot but for basically $400 it should have the option to receive messages like some that are cheaper have. I got because it was 5G but 5G is rarely available. If I wasn't overseas I would have returned it and got something with better features.
