👉🏽This is a “great, sturdy” handrail. We absolutely love it, and don’t know how we did without it for 37 years at the bottom of our basement steps, for the last four steps. I am a 67-year-old female, I assembled it, then had a neighbor drill the railing posts in for me. My basement steps are wood, padded, and carpeted. It went in just fine, it’s very “sturdy”, and it’s not going anywhere. The best part of it all: 👉🏽 is it looks good. It’s an excellent match. Oh, and it’s so easy to grip with a very comfortable hold on your hand. I didn’t want those square shape rods under my hand. You will receive everything you need for any application, exactly like it says in the language here in its description. Mine is exactly for 👉🏽4 steps long, fit is right on. These worked great for my steps project going to my house. Just measure it out and screw it down. It's very sturdy and easy to install. Only took like 45 minutes and I painted over them to match my steps. Nothing special about it, but I think it turned out good. Pros -sturdy -easy to install -looks great Cons - Can't really think of any! Do I recommend? Yes, if your setup needs railings. I'm happy with this.

Had put up on front steps fit perfectly. looks good and sound and sturdy.

Before you begin installation throw away the concrete anchors that are provided, they are junk. get yourself some good concrete wedge anchors. After that installation is easy and the railing is very sturdy,

We were able to install this on an open set of stairs using the wood screws. The railing is sturdy even if we put a lot of weight on it. And while rhe railing itself is painted metal not wood it matches the other wood in our house very well.
