Life saving for neck pain
5 min on this before sleep has really improved my neck. I also find it very relaxing. If you have recurring neck pain, don’t hesitate and get this! Much better efficacy and value compared to massages I used to get

Not sure yet
I have a lot of issue with neck pain which I've had for a long time and tried all sorts of treatments, devices, creams, etc so I was very curious to try the Bed of Nails acupressure pillow when I came across it. I actually read about in on a beauty and wellbeing website and the reviews are good. I have given it an average rating but feel it is too soon to really give it a fair review as I haven't used it that many times or for longer periods than 10 minutes so feel I haven't given it a fair chance to work. I do feel immediately after using some relief but not for long but as I said I may need to use it for longer periods and more often so I am going to come back and update this review in a month or so, to give the acupressure pillow a fair chance to hopefully work. I will say it's not the most comfortable way to relax but if it helps my discomfort then I am willing to put up with it. I will also mention my neck pain is not caused through any physical problems but from stress so that needs to be taken into consideration as it it very difficult to treat so I would say if you have any pain or discomfort through an accident or injury I would say consider the pillow.

Brilliant!
As soon as this arrived I grabbed it out of the box and used it. I have rheumatoid arthritis and walk with crutches, which after a while makes my lower back hurt. I thought this would be a great idea as a lumbar support / pain reliever while sitting in my office chair. I had read previous reviews and instructions that said to start out wearing a t-shirt, but this did nothing for me, so I went for direct skin contact. It did feel a little prickly initially but I quickly got used to it and felt an area of warmth spreading across my lower back. I started to relax and enjoy the sensation. Recommended period of use is 10 mins to start and then 20 mins, but I quite happily used it for over an hour with no problems, and during that time, my back did not hurt at all! I've also bought a mat to use in bed, and I am seriously looking forward to crawling under the covers tonight!

Great for neck
I have had issues with pain and discomfort in my neck and the top of my shoulders for a couple of years and at times it became nearly unbearable and certainly prevented me from sleeping. This little pillow works wonders, fits perfectly into the curve of my neck and relaxes it and the top of my shoulders, relieving tension and pain, would recommend along with the mat which I also have. Use at least 2-3 times per week to ensure a good night's sleep.

More intense than the mat.
Like the mat of the same brand, it's a little pricey compared to other brands that offer the same for nearly half the price. In terms of packaging, It came in a professional looking box with window about 2 inches squared. This is so you can see the colour of the pillow. You also get a bag with shoulder straps to carry it in. This is quite handy and it fits perfectly. As for the product compared to the mat, it may take a lot longer to get used to. I could handle bare skin on the mat but the pillow is another level. I actually bought for a gift but tried it myself. Had to use a t-shirt to dampen the intensity. This is not for the faint hearted. Use with caution.
