Great Book that Motivates
This book is a motivator. Since buying it I have tried some of the Yoga, but it has made me want to get up and move. I appreciate that it is for all levels. I think the pictures are helpful to understand what the position should look like if done correctly. This one builds my confidence to get back into action and try to incorporate Yoga in my daily routine. I appreciate the professionalism and knowledge of the writers.

didn't find it useful... If you are not familiar with basic yoga stretching then you might find it useful.
