WOW what a Game Changer! I am on my feet walking anywhere from 12 to 16 hours a day. Recently I started experiencing sharp pains with every step, on the bottom of my heel, especially after sitting down and standing up again. I was desperate for relief so I ordered these insoles and prayed it would help. I took them out of the package and noticed the stability right away. They are definitely not flimsy like you might see at the drug store so I’m assuming at this point I will get the foot support I am looking for. They were very spongy but at the same time also firm. I’m a heavy woman so usually when I wear insoles, after a few hours they are smashed and the support is gone. I wore these insoles all day at work pounding pavement without a thought of having heel pain. When I ended my shift I sat down thinking ok now is the true test. I stood up after resting for about 10 min and I cringed anticipating the stabbing pain but instead of pain I felt relief! Im absolutely shocked at how well these worked. The cushioned soles held up all day and even put a little pep in my step. I have to mention that I have high arches and these gave excellent arch support as well as providing a squishy but firm place to absorb the shock of my heels and COMPLETELY ELIMINATED my heel pain. I still have pain when I take them off and walk barefoot for a few min but once I put them back on, it’s INSTANT RELIEF! It’s unbelievable. They are very well made and I have to admit that I was not thrilled to pay 20 dollars for some insoles but the reviews looked good and I can say these are absolutely worth every single penny. I’m buying 2 more pairs just to have for other shoes because my feet are so happy now. I did have to loosen my laces as the thickness of the insole had my feet pretty snug but after loosening the laces everything felt so comfortable as the insole just hugged every inch of the bottom of my feet. Amazing product and I highly recommend trying these out.

I am a public school teacher and I'm on my feet all day. To say that these insoles have been absolutely transformative would be an understatement. My feet were hurting so much due to lack of arch support that I was in constant pain all day and developing calluses. On a wing and a prayer, I bought these insoles with the hopes that I would be able to Have a little bit less pain or help with calluses. almost instantly all my foot pain went away! It was as if I'd had a shot or something. These insoles have been the biggest blessing. Yes there were a bit expensive, but they were cheaper than brand new shoes and definitely cheaper than specially designed orthotics. I have zero foot pain and my callous disappeared. A couple of things I would also mention is that the colors are really cool, very visible and easy to identify in my shoes. Also, the fit was perfect for my size 13 shoes. I didn't have to trim them or anything. And you know how when you get the Other brands and you have to trim them, your toes are always hanging over the edge of the insole. Not here! These were perfectly cut for my shoes, very functional! When I walk, they give me perfect stability, because the arch is high and allows me to have a natural gait. Also they are perfectly firm, not too soft, but not too hard like some of the other insoles. I've tried so many over the years. They don't pinch or hurt the foot at any point. They're perfect! I am very thankful to the manufacturer and Amazon for the quick delivery. The combination of the company and Amazon has given me back enjoyment of my daily teaching job and my evening walks. Thank God.

I was skeptical, but definitely fixed my back pain. But the foot pain is still there. Might have to try different remedies. They are very firm the cushion weakens after some time. Over all good insoles.

Something most reviewers leave out when posting their personal experiences with shoes and insoles alike is the profile of their feet. No two people are built EXACTLY the same, and that context is very important when reviewing shoes and insoles. I am 5'9", 175lbs, have VERY high arches on EE width feet, and have suffered from high levels of soreness and general pain for decades having worked on my feet in some capacity or another for majority of that time. I have spent thousands upon thousands on different shoes, brands, and insoles looking for things that work for me, most of which have left me in crying levels of pain by the end of a shift, feet throbbing by the time I'm able to sit and peel my shoes off. When everyone says "you have to try (insert name here) brand of shoe or insole, they're the best!" that doesn't apply when you have feet like mine. Given that, I think these are excellent insoles. I personally wish the arches were a BIT higher, but again, I have very high ones myself, so if you sit in the general medium-high arch range these will likely suit you fine. Not sure if they'll work if you have flat feet as I obviously have no experience there. I am able to work 12 hours at a time, 20,000 steps a day on average, with limited pain using these. Unlike some other brands that sell themselves as all-day insoles for those with high arches and plantar fascia issues, these actually have some cushioning in the heel but are firm enough in the arch to offer support. Trying to find both is a very fine line, many insoles with cushioning fail at support and many with ample support are hard as a rock. My feet don't roll awkwardly in these, yet I also don't feel like I'm standing on a rock if I have to stay still. Every single brand has a different definition of "high arch" and many of them place the support in different areas which may or may not work for you with your individual feet. Again, context and foot profile matters. I like the product, as someone with the noted issues above that spends ample time on his feet in both standing and moving capacities. Definitely worth the money to me, much more so than many others. Your experience may vary.

These definitely give me some relief for my plantar fasciitis. The gel heel area is nice and cushy. I’m trying to transition to zero drop soled shoes and these do have a bit of a heel height but that’s probably impossible to avoid with a cushioned heel. I got them on sale for half price and would buy them again at that price. Not sure they’re worth full price though.

I’ve been struggling to get comfortable with my orthotics and it has been a challenge. I like to walk long distances, and also work out with weights and do step aerobics and treadmill. I need my feet to work! I needed something for my winter boots because my orthotics don’t fit in them. When I read the reviews for these insoles, I was impressed but also, sceptical. One review stated that they were better than their professionally made orthotics and that their feet improved in just days of wearing. I found that hard to believe but thought I would give them a try. I was REALLY sceptical! Well, these have turned out to be so comfortable and YES more comfortable than my orthotics. So today I was in the gym wearing my orthotics in my running shoes and my feet got so sore I had to take them out and finish the workout without them which made my feet even more sore. I have come home and ordered another pair of these VALSOLE inserts for my gym shoes! They are that good!!!
