Professional 12V System Cordless Handheld Vacuum Cleaner GAS 12V (0,35 L container volume, 0.87kg, without battery/charger)

Owned 2 or 3 conventiaonal handheld vacs from high street retailers before & all have dissapointed - either bad suction, built-in battery doesn't last long enough or debris falls back out. Very happy to report no such problems with this Bosch GAS so far. Doesn't come supplied with battery or charger but if you already run Bosch 10.8/12v tools then you're off to the races. Great find, utilises equipment I already have & which I know to be good. Battery lasts substantially longer than built-in rechargeable vacs. Suction is good enough to clear ashtrays/sawdust etc. Simple but clever tank design ensures debris stays inside during & after use. Comes fitted with large paper filter, the kind found in motorcycle airboxes, which will last well if brushed clean regularly. Large, well-positioned power button & battery charge indicator included (shows 3-bar LED's, same as Bosch drills). Tank opens easily for emptying & thin detachable nozzle included for small areas or tight spaces. Pretty simple but very effective, wish I'd found this years ago. Could only be bettered if brush-head nozzle was available. Can also recommend Bosch GLI worklight which uses same batteries.

Better than I thought it would be after reading other reviews. This is a small vac but it is extremely portable and picks up sawdust and fibreglass dust easily so is useful for boat repairs in situ, etc. It helps if you place tissue paper or the like over the filter to avoid clogging. Fact is it works fine.

This unit is excellent,have used it frequently over the past 4 weeks on the same charge, it is easy to empty and clean the filter and the power is more than adequate. The one big drawback is that you have to purchase a battery to operate the vac this is not fully explained at the point of purchase which will increase the price by around £30. I already had Bosch equipment using this type of battery but for convenience bought another battery.

I wasn't expecting much from this but I watched some YouTube videos which showed it in good light and the price was right so I bough one. Really good for its size picking up light dust, sawdust etc. Only thing I'd say is it need a high Amp Hour battery.

Not great

Nice design and very handy. It helped me to suck away all the dirt. It’s a bit pricey but i think it’s worth it.

Watch out, this item does nto have strong suction. Might be good for a bit of dust but thats it.
