Not as white, finish could be better
I bought this mousemat at a greatly reduced price. Had I not, I would have given it less stars.I do not play games on my PC so I am not rating it for its gaming capabilities.I have a white- gloss desk and needed a white mousemat (the mouse would not work on the gloss surface itself). This is closest I could find on Amazon. The white on the mousemat is not quite white and it did not bland-in with the whiteness of the desk.No attempt was made to colour the sides of the mat, they are probably in the natural colour of the material used to make it, again it does not look too good, whether for the mat itself or in its surroundings. So, it does a good job as a mousemat and I am keeping a blind eye for its (not-so) looks.

Good but expensive
i bought this because i wanted a small, high quality mouse mat, one that is not gel as i don't like them, this one is cloth, and also needed to be white because my desk is white.the mat surface has a weave which helps the mouse track very well and accurately, also makes it move faster than usual because of the weave, it's designed for gamers who play fast paced games, so it's fast and accurate.the only downside is the price. if you really need a gaming mat, or you want a small and white mat at all costs, go for this, otherwise i wouldn't recommend it. a cheaper cloth mat would be almost as good, just less accuracy because the cheaper ones don't have the same weave.

Great low-friction mat!
I like this mat a lot because it has the least friction of any mouse mat I can remember using or owning. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that it's been flat on my desk for 2 weeks now and the ends still don't lie flat (due to it being delivered in a rolled up state). I even tried putting heavy books over it overnight but it's still not flat. Not a major issue as it doesn't affect usage of the mat and maybe if I could award half-stars I would give it 4.5 stars. The other good thing about this mat is the light colour. I read on the Logitech site that black mouse mats use more battery power in wireless mice. So maybe I'll get better mouse battery life! Finally, the price I paid for it was excellent compared to other, decent quality mats. Very happy with it, overall!

therefore I cannot recommend the black textured QPAD
I replaced my old very large white QPAD with this smaller back one. At the same time I brought a DeathAdder Chroma. Unfortunately there are a few dead zones in the middle of the mouse pad I regularly hit, therefore I cannot recommend the black textured QPAD.TLDR: Avoid black. Not their best.

Its a mouse mat
I like my new mouse mat as its in a bedroom I did not want a dark colour, had to put a heavy weight on it as it started to roll up again, but ok now
