I tend to swell in the hands, feet and legs when it strarts getting hot out or when I have a change in elevation. Since starting this taking the full dose of 3 a day I haven't swelled up once. And it's kept my right calf from swelling when I on my feet all day. I guess I has one day where I did have a little swelling in my feet and ankles but not like it use to be. For a natural product and a cheap product at that it's a winner.

I bought this product because I was looking for a natural way to release excess fluid. But the only thing i get from this is mild diarrhea. I do not recommend this product if you are going to use it as a diuretic.
