Perfect product
Bought these to make a batch of Christmas puddings to give as presents. Used them in the slow cooker for hours at a time and they were just great. Perfect puddings too. Highly recommend

Bit of a pun with the title - sorry :)Steamed a load of Xmas puddings in these for 5 hours, they seem fine and the puddings are now maturing in them.Lids click on nicely, no need for cloths and string.Will see how the puddings turn out at Xmas.

Ok but lids buckled
They’re ok but not a patch on a ceramic dish with foil and string. After a few hours simmering the lids buckled and pudding spilled out.

Excellent set of pudding basins
I dithered for a long time over these basins. I wasn't sure they would be sufficiently robust. In fact they surpassed my expectations and I have already used two of the little basins and two of the medium sized basins. They have survived being steamed for hours and being put through the hot wash of the dishwasher. The puddings didn't stick - my other concern - and I thoroughly recommend them. In fact I was so pleased that I sent a set to my son-in-law.
