Well worth the money, my grandson put it together for for in a couple of minutes. Chair looks more expensive that the cost. Also very comfortable. Reclines well and is very sturdy. Very easy to assemble.

After an initial problem releasing the recliner (my fault entirely - I didn't pull the lever hard enough) I have found this to be a very comfortable chair to sit and relax on. I have had it months now and sit on it every night and have not experienced any issues (though haven't used the massage controls much - but that's my choice ). Worth the money.

Chair arrived earlier than expected, great looking and really comfy. There was a slight issue, contacted the seller who immediately and without any fuss put it right. Classy looking chair, functions are a doddle to work, I'm the envy of my friends that have sat in it. Thank you, a fully deserved 5 stars.

Disaster from the get go. Chair arrived and wouldn't fit through the door.. That's not a problem. I just unboxed outside and brought both parts in seperatley. Trying to get the 2 parts together was a pain as there was no "click" as the instructions stated. So I was unsure if it was together or not. Now the real problem. I eagerly sat in the chair and lay back to enjoy the full comfort. I put the massage function on and all was great. I then leaned slightly to the side to lift my cuppa off the side table and.. CRUNCH. There was a loud bang, the chair collapsed to one side and parts came flying out from under. Once the panic settled, I flipped the chair over to look and a nut and other parts had came off the moving mechanism. It seemed that the mechanism was very poorly glued. Not welded.. GLUED. I'm a modest 14 stone and it was a very slight lean. It showed me the absolute poor quality of this product. I contacted the seller and I received a reply the following day offering a replacement. I declined this offer due to worry it would happen again. As opposed to a refund, I requested the seller offer the next model up as a replacement as a gesture of goodwill (Seems reasonable with the original breaking within minutes) and the seller declined this. I then offered to pay the seller the difference between this chair and the model up (£40) and again the seller declined. I'm not sure why they declined either as surely it would save them in courier costs whilst retaining my custom. Finally I got fed up and and requested the refund. The seller stated my broken chair would be collected 3 days later on the Friday. They also requested I repackage the chair which was just chaos as when the mechanism broke, the chair was stuck in a fully reclined position. Sure enough Friday came and the chair was not collected. I phone and was told it would be collected Saturday and again it was not collected. I had to make so many expensive phone calls on Monday to 0843 numbers to finnaly get the chair collected. I was annoyed in this time as my refund would not be issued until the seller received the chair back. I raised a case with Amazon to get my refund which they processed. The chair was collected a few days later. Overall.. Cheaply made, poor product with customer service to match.

The good points are the massage and heat are good, it’s comfortable when reclined. Looks OK. The bad points are the headrest pushes your head to far forward when in all but almost fully reclined position. The “leather” coating is coming off the headrest after just 16 months. It would probably be coming off all the main contact points if I didn’t have a cover on them. It doesn’t recline flat enough for me.

It's a nice chair. It looks good. It's easy to put together. The massage feature is a bit rudimentary but I wasn't really expecting much. My big gripe about this chair is the headrest. It's so large you cannot put your head back on it. It pushes your head forward so that you find yourself sitting diagonally. It isn't so bad when it's in the fully reclined position. Didn't they think about testing it on people?
