A strong start
Despite being underwhelmed by the quality of the New 52 titles i.e. detective comics, I am impressed by the quality of Red Lanterns. Milligans scipt may be slow but it helps give Atrocitus some great character devolpment.Though DC could just make Red Lanterns a non-stop blood bath of a series, they chose to go the sensible route and focus on characterization. I am not a huge fan of Ed Bene's pencils but they are detailed and do a solid job. Not perfect but still a strong start.

This is a great start for this new series in the new 52
This is a great start for this new series in the new 52. I didn't expect a lot of it, I mostly just bought it to complete my green lantern series. But the story keeps building up, with the artwork amazing you time and time again. I loved it, and I recommend everyone to try it out.
