I picked this up on a whim and glad I did so. It works like a charm. As prescribed, you're supposed to take 2 capsules but I feel like that's why too much. I drink 1 capsule a day and it's manageable. I am currently going through my menopausal era and this has been really helpful. It's very effective. Be forewarned, there is a smell/faint taste before you take it with water but it dissipates.

Probiotics are an absolute must for me, but finding the right one can be challenging. That’s why I was excited to find this formula that contains everything I need in one capsule. I have chronic bladder problems secondary to Parkinson’s, and D-Mannose is proven to greatly help prevent infections when taken regularly, plus rid you of them when one flares its irksome head. Better even than cranberry in my experience, though the two together are even better. Combining this with a solid pre and probiotic is brilliant and I’m so glad I found this before buying my regular brand. It is good to switch types regularly, but I think this will be a staple I return to most of the time. I’m still having some bloat but I’ve only been on this a short time. Make sure to use as directed and with plenty of water to keep your gut happy and that delicate balance of good flora in your urinary system. I’ll be checking out this company’s other products to see what they have to offer for brain, cortisol, and other concerns. Hopefully I can recommend some more soon. Very hard to know if these work unless you have symptoms you are aiming to reduce. My complaint for these is that it states on the bottle - take two capsules. I usually go for ones that require only one pill/capsule daily. I noticed there is not a picture that includes this though it does say deep in the description this 90 pill bottle is good for 45 days. Had I noticed that before I would not have purchased these particular probiotics. Mentioning as a warning to others that prefer one capsule over two daily. I am using this one capsule per day - however I do not know if they are helpful or not. I am considering not taking any probiotic to see if I do notice a difference. So this may be my last purchased bottle of probiotics.

The bottle I received is white, not amber as advertised. A little disappointing. Hoping I didn't get a knock off and that it works just as well. I took my first dose last night, so probably too early to tell. I think it got my bowels moving, but more gently than the previous brand I was using. However, I will say that I'm lactose intolerant and after eating cheese pizza I didn't notice my usual stomach upset. Will try to remember to post an update after using it longer.

I have purchased other probiotic brands over the years that were either subpar or okay … however Zebora Women’s Probiotics Advanced Formula has been outstanding !! .. I’ve only needed one capsule versus taking the two as suggested, which i believe is in part to the strength of the product being 100 Billion CFU with 32 strains with high quality ingredients as well, not to mention this bottle contains 90 capsules, whereas many brands contain only 30 caps .. you definitely get more bang for your buck!! I also have the occasion of needing a strong antibiotic due to tick bite, which in many cases antibiotics can bring about nasty yeast infections, however while taking this women’s probiotic, it wasn’t the case, it kept my natural flora balanced .. even then i was taking just the one probiotic capsule daily with success. This probiotic is also a great tool in keeping your bowels regular. I’m very impressed with this brand so I’m giving two thumbs up to Zebora Women’s Probiotics Advanced Formulation. I’d recommend this brand to anyone in search of a great quality blend probiotic, as well as quantity. You will not be disappointed.
