I couldn’t be happier with this product it’s exactly what I needed to enhance my windows while maintaining privacy. The static cling design made installation a breeze. There’s no adhesive, so I didn’t have to worry about mess or residue, and I can easily reposition it if needed. Just a little water spray on the glass and it sticks perfectly. Not a bubble in sight. Very easy to remove. Colour is perfect. This film has transformed my space while providing privacy and comfort. The size (75x200cm) was perfect for my windows, and I love how affordable it is for such a high-quality product. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their windows effortlessly! Everyone who sees this is asking where I got it from.

It's great quality, so easy to put up as long as you cut it right 🙄but it's transformed my windows, when the sun shines through it's beautiful would highly highly recommend

I used this to add some privacy to patio doors (and if I'm honest to stop the dog from barking at every passing cat, bird, shadow, leaf.....etc). The doors are in the living room of the house and I was concerned that it might take away the light that the windows give but I am really pleased with the result. During the day the room is still bright and benefits from the natural light from the patio doors...in the sunshine it creates lovely rainbow patterns, but I have to say the effect for me is best at night, the windows look fab with lights on and mean that we can keep the curtains open even in the dark without the worry that neighbours can see in. Having checked form the outside the privacy effect definitely works and again the pattern looks really nice with the lighting from the house during the evening. I installed on 2x patio doors myself within an hour or so, it was a bit fiddly to cut the sheets to size as I was on my own and the sheets want to roll back up, but once I did this the installation was easy. I did have some issues with the corners turning up no matter how much I smoothed them down but I took the advice from the advert and used a hair dryer to warm them up and this worked perfectly (if I had read it sooner I'd have saved myself some time!). Would absolutely recommend....looks better than I anticipated and my noisy pup is calmer now he can't see out!

NOTE: I reviewed this product in 2019. It is now 2025 and the product has not lifted or fallen off, and is as perfect as it was the day I applied it to my bathroom window. END This product is exactly what I expected it to be, and I think looks lovely on my bathroom windows. However, I bought it for privacy and the product is not opaque as described: "these frosted opaque obscure covering films are great for privacy and beauty". I have attached photographs which show that you can still see through the film. It is semi-opaque or, if you like, semi-transparent. However, I do like the product. The colours that show up are extremely subtle so don't expect some kind of prism effect. It doesn't work that way. I took photos under cloudy circumstances, and with direct sun coming through the glass, yet it was only today, with the sun at an oblique angle, that the colours popped up - I think that subtlety makes it the product look more classy rather than gaudy and tacky. Like another customer, it annoyed me that the product was sent in a giant cardboard box, packed with paper, BUT, I would rather that than send it in a packing that cannot be recycled, like polystyrene and some other products. We cannot have it all ways! It also annoyed me that the manufacturers did not consider ease of usage by putting a grid on the peel-off plastic so that customers could easily cut the film without having to resort to rulers and set-squares. As I was only doing a small area, I didn't fuss too much and there is a slight space of about 1/8 in down part of one window but who cares as it hardly shows. The product, otherwise, is easy to apply in that you just spray the glass, cut the film, peel off the clear backing, stick the smooth side of the film to the glass, slide into place, smooth out any bubbles, and Bob's yer Aunty. Hardly rocket science. PLEASE NOTE: I applied this product to double-glazed windows that had a heavy frosted pattern between the glass panes (you can see that in the 'before' photo) and, therefore, it has not been applied to absolutely see-through plain glass. Even so, I was still able to see the green of the lawn outside, obscure though it may be. So if you are looking for totally opaque, this is not it. Hope the four photos help: one before application and the other three after.

Bought to obscure the outside so my dog would stop barking at everything going past. Has made a huge difference dog is quieter and is ok to look at. Worth the money.

Really easy to use. Looked good and easy to remove.

This was really good for blackout but moisture started to collect underneath it, despite me initially squeezing out the water and then when it got sunnier, the window became so hot that it burnt your hand to touch and the material smelt from the heat, I was concerned the glass would crack so took it down. However, the product stuck to the window nicely, looked pretty and did blackout, I just couldn’t keep it up. Perhaps I read something wrong despite looking at the specification and as it’s black, which absorbs heat, i didn’t expect it to stay cool at all but this was ridiculous. Maybe it wasn’t suitable for such a sun facing window where it beats down.

Brilliant - looks exactly the same as patterned glass. Have it on kitchen door so allows light through to the hallway, also on front door allows light through but disguises what’s behind it !

J'ai acheté ces films pour fenêtres et ils ont été placés sur les vitres... Très joli effet... Luminosité intacte.. Vitre "propre" ! Mesurer bien avant, ATTENTION A ENLEVER UNE FINE PELLICULE - ELLE EST LA mais je ne l'avais pas vu - donc !! C'est mon employée qui a tout recalculé et a retiré la fameuse pellicule très fine et ensuite a posé le film sur vitres en suivant les instructions... Bien mouiller etc. Ceci dans cuisine, salle de bains, et maintenant VERANDA côté Nord.. Cela n'enlève en RIEN la luminosité.. Bien au contraire.. C'est vraiment très propre, très joli. On s'attarde devant .. Peut se poser sur n'importe quelle fenêtre mais mesurez bien auparavant. C'est vraiment magnifique ..J'ai renouvelé l'achat pour habiller les fenêtres d'un autre appartement. Tres facile à poser et surtout magnifique sur les vitres. Je recommande ces film pour les vitres sans compter que les vitres sont bien protégées et non même plus besoin d'être lavées. L'article a été livré très vite en 24 h et le livreur a bien suivi les instructions. Parfait Je recommande cet article. Parfait. Ces films comme déjà dit sont parfaits.. ATTENTION TOUT DE MEME LORSQU'IL FAIT TRES CHAUD.. MEME SI VOUS AVEZ L'HABITUDE D'ENLEVER LA MINI PELLICULE ET HOP APRES CALCUL FAIRE DESCENDRE LE LONG DE LA VITRE LE FILM .... ATTENTION A LA CHALEUR... TIENT MOINS BIEN.. FAUT RECOMMENCER.... ETC. DONC JE NE CONSEILLE PAS DE POSER CES FILMS SUR FENETRES L'ETE EN PLEINE CHALEUR ET MEME SI CLIM... LES FILMS NE REMPLISSENT PAS LES CONDITIONS ET DEMANDENT PLUS DE TEMPS POUR LA POSE... JE RAJOUTE CELA LE 8 SEPTEMBRE 2024 ... SINON TRES BEAU PRATIQUE ET VITE POSE.. PARFAIT.. SAUF CHALEUR !!! Les films ont tendance à retomber.. Trop mous.. Normal = chaleur !
