Seem to work well and last, have had a couple dead on arrival but was refunded and bought again.

Gets very hot which is good as it gives off a lot of heat for our terrapin, but you can't tell whether it's on or off, because it does not light up or anything, so you have to judge it by putting your hand near it to see if any heat is coming off it.

The last ceramic lamp I bought from the pet shop lasted a good 8 years, but was 5-6 times the price. I thought I’d try this as it was a fraction of the price and I needed it ASAP (prime delivery).It’s been working fine for a month. My beardy is now 13, and I couldn’t justify spending top money on a new bulb as it’s unlikely she will benefit from it much longer.All in all, good product so far.

This product is fantastic. It’s been in operation every day for a while now and shows no signs of giving out on us. They arrive quickly too - just as well if you have two cold beardies whose previous heat lamp lasted only a week! I recommend this product and will be getting another one when the current heat lamp needs replacing.

this product guideline is perfect, don't power up a long time!, and you need to buy the bulb socket together, my turtle become active in this winter .

Guess I got the one that didn’t work. Arrived ahead of delivery date.Package looked liked it had been kicked around the wear house before being delivered..... bought replacement from a pet shop in the end..... that one works fine.

Does the job and does work with a thermostat despite what other reviews will tell you. I've had mine running for nearly a year without any problems.

I always like a few in stock. A bargain!
