Looks good, weight is perfect for tank vac
I have used this in the grey and this reddish tone. I really like the look of the substrate. The round shape is good for fish and creatures with delicate mouths, especially if they like to dig a little. The weight of the substrate means it doesn’t get sucked out with the tank vac like sand often does. If you get it on sale it’s pretty good value. I have soaked and reused this type of substrate before.

Good quality product, looks very well in the tank
Affected my water with increase in pH and Kh by to much - but not sure was this just affected by this product being introduced or mix of water and product. If not that part would rate this with 5 stars, the support form seller was fantastic. Unfortunately Can't use this in my tank as the water parameters are changing to much with this item.

the color is beautiful
I bought this substrate from the aquarium because I wanted a brown bottom. this soil is great, maybe it's a bit light but my fish like to dig in it, plants grow well, I don't see that this soil lowers PH. It's just that I use tap water not RO.
