Is everything needed for it to work included or not?

Yes everything is included the fans are all connected ready to go. The only thing where the graphics card screws on to the back of the case I couldn't find the screws that fit so I used a zip tie to secure it that's the only thing I can say but besides that it's a great looking case (my first build)

all of the fans are connected by this long strip and im wondering what plug do i use to power the fans?

Each fan has its own cord and can be connected to another fan end to end. Almost like Xmas lights. Picture a male plug on one side and the female on the other side of the same plug. You can actually stack the plugs together. As far as how they are powered, after I stacked them (I had 2 stacks) I plugged them straight to the motherboard. The motherboard has spots specifically made for fans. I just used the spots closest to my cord.
