This mask is very soft and comfortable to wear. Easy to operate. After research I learned not all red light therapies are the same. You need to make sure the red light is at least 620 nm. I love that it has a face and neck part. The Velcro is intense (not sure it needs to be that strong!) but manageable. After a few months of use (at least 4 times a week for 30 minutes at a time) I can definitely see a change in my skin for the better. And, half the lights stopped working. Once I contacted the seller, they responded immediately and resolved the issue with a replacement under warranty. No hassles. Great customer service. Everyone needs to be using red light therapy and bonus having a good seller backing their product!

Love, love, LOVE this mask! It is easy and comfortable to use and not bulky like the plastic masks. You can vary the time and intensity which is perfect because I usually use 15 minutes of red light on my face and neck then do 10 minutes of blue light on my face. The neck and chest piece is one of the reason I chose this mask. Sometimes I use the chest piece on my upper back with the blue light to “zap” my occasional back acne. I have noticed with consistent use my skin looks smoother and glowy. I also want to add some of the LEDs stopped working after almost a year but the warranty was honored and I received a new mask within 24hrs! Clearly they stand behind their product and I was seriously impressed with their response.

Can definitely tell a difference after first time using this mask. I like it has several colors, I wished it changed colors automatically from color to color. Can't wait to see what results are like after a few weeks. The straps that hold it on are not comfortable. The velcro is cumbersome and hard to reattach each time. The neck strap it is also hard to hook up as you try to secure it around your neck.

This LED face mask is lightweight and very comfortable, making it easy to use. The different light modes target multiple skin concerns, and my skin feels smoother with less redness. The remote makes it simple to switch settings and the battery lasts a long time between charges. Overall, it feels like a professional treatment at home and is totally worth it.

I was disappointed with the quality of this LED face and neck mask. Early on, the wire where it connects to the face mask came out very easily, without much force. Once that happened, the device stopped working because the wires were exposed and couldn’t be reinserted. After about one month of daily use of neck mask, the LED lights also began malfunctioning. The colors would not switch correctly when selected, only some of the lights would turn on, and at times multiple incorrect colors would appear at once. The lights would randomly turn on and off, and even lightly rubbing my hand across the mask caused the colors to change without using the controller. Within one month, the neck mask too completely stopped working. For a product at this price point, I expected much better durability and reliability. It does not work anymore. Total loss of money.

I rec'd my mask and used it for a couple of times. The face part stopped working. I sent a short video to Nourished Bodynskin Customer service support. They got back to me in timely fashion and from my video they agreed to replace it. And even gave me an upgraded system.

I purchased this mask in October of 2025. I opened it, charged the battery and used it that same day. It was extremely easy to use and the instructions were very clear. After using the mask for only a couple of days I could tell a difference in the tightness of my skin. It feels so much softer, looks brighter, and I can tell a difference in the sagging of my jowls. I have worked up to using the mask 5 days a week. I use it upon waking. I wash my face, put it on then make coffee, put the dogs out and read my emails. Requires no effort. The woman who does my facials commented that she can tell the difference in the texture and elasticity of my skin. I am sold!!!! I did have an issue with the battery and emailed the company. Their customer service is top notch. They responded to my email within a couple of hours. Within a couple of days they sent me a whole new kit, which was appreciated but not necessary. I have never received that kind of customer service.

Started out fantastic, both face and neck mask lite up and was able to select the various colors. Initially couldn't figure out how to auto cycle thru the various colors but customer support clarified straight away how to do this. Unfortunately within first 7 days of using, the face mask no longer turns on and the neck mask only illuminates a few lights vs all the lights as it originally did. When electronics fail, it should occur early rather than later! I've since contacted customer service and they're procuring a replacement unit. Their response time has been fast, further update will be provided after we've used the replacement for longer than the initial unit.

The Nourished Bodynskin LED face and neck mask is comfortable and light to use. I purchased mine a month ago. I use the mask 5 to 6 nights a week for at least 15 minutes, primarily on the red function. My interest in purchasing was reduction of photo ageing and inflammation. I have had psoriasis and immediately found a reduction in inflammation and itching. I researched many brands of these masks before choosing and found the Nourished Bodynskin product to be spot on in terms of wavelengths and irradiance strength particularly for skin rejuvenation. I have not been disappointed. Over the period of the month since purchase I have noted an increased evening out of my general complexion and a glow or radiance making the skin look rested and healthy, no psoriasis flairs and reduction of previous "itchy spots". It's been easy, comfortable and very relaxing to use. When some of the lights stopped working I contacted the seller and they were so lovely and courteous, they offered to replace with a new unit immediately. The next day I had my replacement mask! Barely a pause of my routine. I definitely recommend this mask. It's good quality, has the specs and Nourished bodynskin are kind and fair if you need any help or have technical issues. Worth the 5 stars.

Ik ben erg blij met dit product! Na een paar weken gebruik merk ik dat mijn huid steviger oogt. Na ongeveer 4 maanden gebruik deed een deel van de LED‑lampjes het ineens niet meer. Jammer natuurlijk, maar zulke dingen kunnen gebeuren. Wat ik echt geweldig vond, is hoe snel en vriendelijk BTS Brands dit voor me heeft opgelost. Binnen 1 dag na mijn melding via Amazon kreeg ik de bevestiging dat ik een vervangend apparaat zou ontvangen. Twee dagen later had ik het nieuwe masker al in huis. Topservice en een goed product. Zeker een aanrader!

Depois de dois anos de uso gostaria de partilhar a minha experiência com este aparelho maravilhoso e inovador. A primeira pessoa a testar o aparelho foi uma adolescente, amiga da minha filha, tinha o acne tão grave, que todo o rosto dela parecia uma ferida só. Não havia ponto de pegar para utilizar os produtos de tratamento, nem para fazer uma simples esfoliação. Propos -le experimentar a minha nova máscara, aplicamos ela dia sim dia não durante meia hora com a luz azul e.. o milagre, o acne começou diminuir! Com tempo adicionamos mais tratamentos, e hoje em dia a menina tem a cara limpinha, só lhe aparece uma ou outra borbulha de vez em quando se elas estiver com preguiça de limpar o rosto antes de ir para cama. Para mim foi a maior prova da eficácia desta máscara magnífica. Eu estava a usar ela uma vez por semana durante 30 minutos depois de ter aplicado o serum com as luzes com efeito anti -idade. Mas, infelizmente, a bateria de lítio começou perder a capacidade de carregar, e eu enviei o e-mail para a empresa produtora (o endereço estava na caixa) a descrever o meu problema. Em muito pouco tempo recebi uma resposta a propor ajuda e, embora o aparelho já estava fora de garantia, tiveram a gentileza de me oferecer não só a bateria, mas uma máscara nova completa! Mesmo a minha antiga estar em perfeitas condições, nem uma luzinha se apagou. Enviaram muito rápido, passado três dias a minha máscara já estava comigo a fazer me mais jovem. Aconselho a compra para toda gente que gosta de se cuidar, eu noto muita diferença na minha pele, está mais firme e luminosa, logo depois de tirar a máscara sinto ela (pele) a vibrar durante alguns minutos. Fiquei muito admirada pela empresa, que com seu gesto de bondade demonstrou a sua responsabilidade, preocupação e consideração para com seus consumidores, e que também garante a alta qualidade dos seus produtos.

I received the mask, everything nice happy with my purchase. Three weeks later mask failed, stopped working properly. Next day messaged seller, explained what happened, made one video, three days later new mask received... this is my best customer service experience yet. Quality of the product not sure yet, red light therapy works for sure.
