This is a good quality plastic reusable option for papel picado intended for use for San Antonio Fiesta celebrations as well as day of the dead altars. The plastic has a sheen to it which gives away that it is plastic and therefore not the traditional paper. Expect it to last many years as a trade-off. My omission of 1 star is a packaging issue. It seems when this was packaged in a plastic sheath it was stapled closed and some of those staples clearly pierced the plastic all the way through every banner. A bit disappointed though you won't notice it from more than 6 feet away, but it is clear when handling it. Either that or this was used and resold.

I loved these. I had a little party on a budget so I didn’t buy a whole lot of decor, but these are so colorful and a pretty good size. I used a total of 4 banners to achieve the look in the picture. They are made out of plastic and are sturdy. I will save them for another party!

I took one star away because a few of the flags weren’t attached very well to the string. We made it work and i don’t think anyone noticed. The size was MUCH larger than I anticipated and I was able to cut up one banner for lots of color pops throughout our party area.

Loved it!!!! Would repurchase.

These were great for our Coco themed birthday party for our son. We ended up getting two because one wasn’t enough. They are plastic and fragile (IMO), so we hung them indoors. Wouldn’t trust them outside on a windy day. We hung them up with Command decorating clips.

Tissue like plastic. One tore off just separating it out of the box. But it was still bright and colorful
