I picked this up for Christmas/New Years. My first real caviar purchase. I landed on this one after researching and finding out that most caviar up to this pricepoint is from China or dubious origins. Felt good that this was from the USA. Enjoyed the caviar as well. Will pick up more for special occasions.

Lets Party with American Caviar!
Ok... i will confess i love caviar.... so when Russians ran out...i mourned its loss. But now that i have tried our very own ... American Caviar... i can celebrate again!l Markyโs Caviar is superior in taste and texture... oh, and did i mention the price... wow! Itโs reason alone to party!!

No reason to spend more on imported caviar
Hackleback is delicious. Eggs are small and sweet with no fishy taste. It costs considerably less than Osetra or Beluga and is delicious on its own. No reason to buy the expensive stuff.

This caviar was horrible. I bought cheaper caviar at the grocery store that was better. Threw it in the trash. If your looking for that popping of the caviar in your mouth forget it

Hackleback is good Caviar
It was good, not too salty, smooth rich caviar flavor in every bite. Being Scandi I like it on a hard boiled egg with some cheese, and the Hackleback did not disappoint. Did Hackleback play for Oakland. 4 star because there is better of course.
