This item was suggested by a monthly blog that I read. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but she is from Texas and her blog comes out the first of each month. I believe she was a chemist (please don't quote me) and so, at her home, she tries all different kinds of products and researches their history as well as provides her readers with the chemical background and history of the product she's highlighting that particular month. Well, several months ago, she stated how she tried THIS product at home and how well it worked!!! She also explained to her readers how the three main components of the exfoliating pads worked. Well, I've had extremely oily skin all my life, with troublesome acne. Last summer, I had a VERY bad time with adult onset acne (I'm 63). I wish I'd had these pads then!!! With one application, I can see an improvement!! I use it at night as I find it to be a bit tacky to the touch. I don't use it every week, as even with my oily skin, that would be too much (I also use oil reducing facial cleansers). Besides, we don't want to remove ALL of the oil from our skin. This is such a great value as well. No need to spend all that fancy money on a name brand product when you get the same result in this 'little white jar'. For all of you ladies and gents who are struggling with skin issues... PLEASE GIVE THIS A TRY!!!

This did exactly what it was supposed to do and gave me a great exfoliation. But unfortunately, I have super sensitive skin, so I broke out in a micro bump rash all over my face that lasted for about a week. I wont be buying again cause I don't want to walk around another week with micro bumps all over my face cause it looks God awful. I just used the rest of the pads to exfoliate parts of my body. If you have sensitive skin, I wouldn't recommend this because they are very powerful and you will most likely get a reaction from them.

These resurfacing pads are the perfect way to reduce uneven skin tone at a price point that is very affordable. I ordered these a couple months ago and they arrived very quickly in a nice cool container. These pads are very moist without a strong chemical smell like other resurfacing pads I have used. Best of all it took only about a week to see the results. No more dark spots on my arms or chest.

It seemed to make my skin look a little tighter for a few days and then suddenly, redness, puffiness, I had bumps and even little sores on my face. Everything I have read says that can happen if you use too much. It can have a drying effect. Well I used one pad and rubbed it across my face briefly.
