Gigaset SL78H/SL400H Replacement Battery

No problems. Capacity is 710mAh, original was 830mAh, probably makes no difference. My phone would sometimes be on the charger, pick it up showing full charge, start to do something, say playback messages and it complains of flat battery an shuts down. Other times you can use if for half an hour call. New battery has cured this; I think when they get old the charge circuit can't detect slow discharge if unused for a long time.I went for a genuine to be sure to not get any of the problems reported in reviews of clones - there only seems to be one available the Cameron Sino which doesn't seem to have perfect quality from the reviews yet most people are satisfied. I could even believe the 'genuine' and Cameron Sino come from the same source. Which you go for depends on if you want to chance the hassle of problems/returns for a cheap one.It's been fine for the month I've had it.

Got this battery to replace an old one for my Gigaset SL400 phone. The battery seems fine so far and is doing the job.

One of my Gigaset phone units developed a fault, in fact it would not start up,or recharge on the dock.I sent for a replacement battery, I charged the new battery, but this did not cure the problem.I the contaced LiGO ELectronics who I bought the GIgaset package from, and they are sending a replacemntphone unit. Great service from them. It seems that the original battery may not have been the cause, howeverI now have a spare battery.

The first order failed to arrive. The second order resulted in a bill for two. After much exchange of emails just one battery arrived and the charge for the "second" was refunded. Everyone makes mistakes, it is how you put them right that dictates your image. On balance the product did what it was supposed to and errors were rectified without fuss or unacceptable delay.

R.A.S fonctionne parfaitement avec le Gigaset SL400H ou combiné seul SL78.Pour ma part mon appareil était défectueux au niveau du combiné et non de la batterie comme je le pensais, j'ai donc dû effectuer un retour pour remboursement.Je conseille sinon cette batterie de rechange.

Da der alte Akku mehr Hitze produzierte und nicht mehr richtig aufladen wollte, habe ich hier den richtigen Ersatz für mein gigaset sl 400. Akku lädt richtig und ohne große hitzebildung. Hoffe dass es auch ein paar Jahre hält. Das kann ich natürlich zu diesen Zeitpunkt noch nicht beurteilen.
