I take potassium supplement regularly because I take medication that depletes my levels. I bought this because my usual brand was out of stock.1. You get 90 Potassium Citrate capsules in a plastic pot with a pop off lid. There is a security seal around the lid that you peal of first.2. With 90 capsules, at 1 per day with food, you get enough for about 3 months.3. These ones come as capsules and they are not too big to swallow easily for me. They do not have any taste to speak of.4. The best before date on my bottle is 10/2023.5. They are manufactured in the UK and are vegan suitable.6. The price of £8.96 is fair in my opinion.

This is a very good supplement. Very reliable brand. Recommended.

Only 100mg a tablet. You need 4,500mg a day. Far better to change your diet if you are low on pottasium. Bananas are the richest source, then kale (try toasting it!), sweet potatoes and then cooked spinach.

Had. the full bottle within 1 month, 3 day, between two blood tests and `I didn't see any improvement in the magnesium blood results, unfortunately. Plus magnesium citrate can act as a stool softener. This brand didn't. I will not purchase again and I cannot recommend it.

An excellent product! I've taken it for over a month now, immediately before bed and the results have been wonderful! It has even helped with better, more restful sleep. I've just ordered my second bottle, which most certainly will not be the last.In case you're wondering, I paid full price for this product. Disappointed as I opened the bottle and later realised it does not support my daily intake requirements even if I add in my meals for the day. I’m on a restricted calorie diet at the moment so trying to make sure I don’t underconsume on vitals nutrients I need every day, hence why I purchased this. Even in days I eat banana, spinach, salmon etc I am still under daily intake and to be able to consume enough potassium I would impact the caloric deficit. So taking these pills would have helped support this however unfortunately 100mg is only a laughable 2.8% of my requirement. The bottle says one a day… gutted as I like biocare products and don’t understand why they’ve created a supplement that is too weak to make a difference for absolutely anybody consuming it.
