These gels are very sweet and can become sickly if you need to take on more than a couple. They work great though in terms of energy and had no problems taking them on multiple long runs. They are thick though so I would not recommend them if you struggle taking on a thick gel while running.

Perfect for those tough stretches mid-race or during late stages of a long ride. The caffeine gels from Styrkr give just the right mental boost without making you jittery. I’ve used these on hill intervals and during the final 10k of long runs and felt the difference. They’re easy to take on without needing water, and digestion’s never been an issue. Taste is decent – not too intense, which helps if you’re already flagging. Wouldn’t train or race without a couple of these in my kit now.

Really impressed with these! I’ve tried a few different brands of gels before and I’ve never really felt the benefit and if anything I’ve found I’ve bonked quicker. Most of my training has been done powered by sweets. But I need some gels for the bigger rides and races. I’ve tried these and they are fab!! Thicker than some other well known gels but far less sticky. Not an overpowering taste and easy to swallow. No after taste or bloating either! Definitely recommend!

Tried this first on a 100km ride and then used it again during a half marathon — both times I felt a noticeable lift. The 150mg caffeine content might be too much for some, but for me it gave a solid kick just when I needed it. Took it about 20–30 minutes before the hardest effort and it did its job. Still easy on the gut, which is rare with high-caffeine products. Wouldn’t use it daily, but for key sessions or race day, it’s become a go-to weapon in the kit.

These work, I've used them rescuing and really found a difference.they taste vile though. So need water.The powder version of them as no taste.

First time trying a gel - found I didn’t have the space on the bike for lots of food, so 3x these in my small bike bag was ideal. Gave me lots of energy when needed - I took 3/4 on a 50 mile cycle and that was enough to get me through which is insane considering how much I was consuming before. No issues with digestion, taste is very good!

No disclosure of level of nitrate... what is the source? How much is in there? No scientific support for the product!
