Like some other reviewers I found this stand to be very lightweight, so you need to be careful not to knock into the guitar when it's resting on the neck stand. However, the flip side is that the stand is small and light, so it doesn't take up a load of space between string changes with all the rest of my guitar clutter. Overall I'd recommend it.

Good neck stand I find it useful for string changing.

This item although nice, neat lightweight and fold away, does appear a little flimsy. For the the price I paid I did think it would have some metal in it somewhere.. I was in the process of returning it but found I was going to get stung for postage,even though I deam it not up to standard...its in my tool box waiting for it's first outing.. Not impressed...

does exactly what you expect is to do. It is good for a temporary item, holding up a guitar while modding or repairing but there are better guitar neck stands out there that do a better job and feel more stable. Overall this product is good and i would recommend to a family member or friend.

Helps a great deal with string changes and keeping the guitar ay a working height for minor repairs. Folds up like a pocket knife and doesn't take up much storage space in a drawer or guitar case.

Considering it's a D'addario product, I was expecting better. Flimsy at best. Unlikely to last.

Used it a bunch over the last week as I gutted two electric guitars for part swaps.Great for keeping the headstock off the work bench and the tuners accessible. The only problem is that it is very light. It's tripod is asymetric with one side extending longer than the others, as a stability aid against the weight of the guitar, but if while working on the guitar the force applied to the stand changes direction the stand topples very very easily.

Für den Preis ist dieser Halter gut zu gebrauchen. Er hilft einem sehr beim Saitenwechsel da man die Gitarre mit seiner Hilfe gut und sicher auf den Tisch legen kann. Wenn mann zu viel "Kraft" beim Saitenwechsel aufwendet oder die Gitarre zu "wild" reinigt kann es sein, dass der Halter etwas ins wanken gerät. Dies sieht / spührt man aber sofort und kann reagieren. Wer sein Instrument liebt, passt sowieso gut darauf auf. Ich bin mit diesem Halter auf jeden Fall zufrieden. Er steht rutschfest und tut was er soll. Manchmal kommt er etwas ins wanken (bei mir hauptsächlich beim Griffbrettreinigen) aber damit kann ich leben Gutes Produkt

There’s not a whole lot to say about this product. It’s great, works as advertised. Makes changing strings and maintenance on your guitars easy and more enjoyable! Highly recommended as part of your guitar upkeep regiment. I did also get their string winder/cutter combo tool, that thing is amazing as well. (Side note: This purchase made me curious about their strings, I’ve always used Ernie Balls my whole career, so I switched to their 80/20 XLs I think (white package) for my acoustic and electric and they’re amazing!! I’ll never buy any other brand of strings). Back to the product, it’s foldable, lightweight and compact. Can be stored anywhere for easy convenience! What is nice is it adds a layer of protection and stability while you’re working on your axe. Ever tried doing this without a neck rest or block? Guitar starts sliding around, you’re trying to balance it on your lap or something. Strings flying around, sticks in your eye and now you need to go to the ER….well because you didn’t have a neck rest. BUY THIS!!

Sirve para apoyar el mástil de la guitarra para cambiar cuerdas y retocar cualquier tema de tu guitarra, me gusta más éste que los otros que son como tacos de corcho, éste se pliega y puedes echarlo en la funda de tu guitarra ocupando poco espacio.

Pratique d'avoir ce trépied sous la main. Stable, facile à ranger dans une housse.

Is a great little stand from the point of view of its compact size as it folds quite small so fits in a small guitar maintenance kit. As far as being as stable as say a neck block it's not but is a great portable tool in any kit.
