Unadulterated salt lacking any heavy industrial processes or additives.
This is a sea salt possessing a remarkable quality. The salt is fine grained and a slightly grey/cream in colour. There's no visible/detectable impurities such as grit, dirt or clay within it but the salt hasn't been through any refinement process to remove important trace minerals such as calcium and magnesium. It hasn't been through any addition process either; no added iodine or anti-caking agents. In other words, no nasty processing. The grains are just as salt should be; no clouds of dry powder from the anti-caking agent when it's decanted and no "whiter than white" from heavy industrial processing. The grains clump into little mounds as if they're damp, which I find attractive. I think this is how salt probably used to be and not so long ago really. This is great salt for a whole range of healthier uses, not least anything involving fermentation, pickling, or straight onto food. I'm very happy to be using this great salt for my kimchi and other lactofermented vegetables. It's a pleasure to use.

Very salty
Got this to try and impress a northern girl I’ve been dating- my mate told me they like salt instead of sugar in their tea you see. Gave it a go at home and it was filthy but you never know with them lot. Anyway, I made her a cuppa next time She came over and she started hitting me saying I’m a deviant, I’m disgusting, she thought I’d been too long in the kitchen. Then she just ran out the house and now she won’t take my calls. My mate did admit he was winding me up. Great salt though.

Better salt than supermarket's
It's sea salt and it's much better than the one sold in supermarkets.A bit more expensive, but it lasts a long time.Try the course salt on steak and you'll never go back.

Lovely in the bath
This is perfect for a nice salt bath. I use half a packet in the bath and I feel like I have been to the seaside. It leaves the skin incredibly soft and clean. The salty steam clears the airways and has helped my bronchitis.

Great product!
I bought this salt to make body/ hand scrubs, and its great for that purpose. Its fine but not too fine, it has enough coarseness to make a great scrub and its affordable.Haven't used it in food so I cant comment on that, but I may try it.

Excellent
I have bought many bags of this product and recommended it to all my firends. Everybody loves the taste. As natural sea salt contains the exact same minerals as the minerals in human blood this is a perfect medicine. All white (processed) salt is not good for health but this natural salt is excellent.
