Works brilliantly for me.
The wifes jewellery is now like new again. Easy to use. I just added some washing detergent to tap water and it did a great job. Also now purchased soma ammonia to add.I even put some cutlery in handle first as they had collected a bit of grime and it got that out as well. Can't fault it as of yet.

The grey one
Took a while to settle on this particular unit, did not want a heater or a metal casing. This is nice and quiet for home use. What a thing, the results so far of some of the items i have cleaned have been outstanding, owned and used for a month now and all is well. Happy to give 5 stars and would deffo recommend this unit.

OK...but doubt it's professional quality
I purchased this to clean rifle/pistol brass. It works ok but the timer doesn't go higher than 480 seconds...which means to clean the brass properly it needs several cycles.There is also a max of 20mins use at any one time...so I seriously doubt this is a 'professional' machine...as described.
