I've used other Jelly Belly products before, they were pretty good, except for this one, I wish I've listened to the 1 star reviews. I bought one for myself and my dad, they cost more than other products from the same company, so I figured it will smell strong and last longer than the ones I've used before. Ive left the product fully open by my hand break, my dad has his next to his steering wheel, it's been there for a few days now, and it's only now I've noticed, not because of the scent, but because I was looking for something. They do NOT project any scent from more than 2cm away, the vents are fully open, and yes, the paper inside has been removed. Literally, they give out no smell, every time I enter my car there is nothing. I can only assume that the reviews are fake, or Jelly Belly have changed what's in the product. I wish I could get my money back, but since the product was open, there is no point trying. Please DO NOT waste your money on this, and ignore the great reviews! This product is absolutely useless.

Overall great - smells great and seems to last quite a decent time although could last a little longer overall pretty good product

Pricy piece thats worth nothing, no aroma whatsoever. Stay away, stick with well known brands.
