Tastes good
Gave this 3 stars only because the pancakes come out thin and not fluffy at all. They taste good like buckwheat pancakes I remember from years ago, but was hoping for fluffy and thicker consistency. Not sure if I can change the ratio of the liquid without ruining them. At this price I don't want to experiment. If someone could post a review on how to make them better that would be appreciated.

Kids loved this
We usually make our own mix, but we tried this buckwheat version and it was pretty good. Liked that it was made with organic flour.
