Great product , amazing experience

A couple months ago my chiropractor gave me a similar device for stim on my wrists. My college wrestler son liked it, so I sent it back to school with him and ordered another. That one was a dud and I returned it. So I ordered this one, half expecting another return/failure. I was pleasantly surprised that it works as expected. Though I haven't figured out why I get a slight shock, only at times, in the hand holding the device. No worries - glad it works!

I’ve been using a more expensive brand for the longest which has also the acupuncture feature but I wanted a more convenient and portable one. This pen is strong and I can only tolerate #2 on my face. Overall I feel rejuvenated after the self pen massage. 20 minutes use it’s all it takes.

Not good at all, doesn't work inspite of new Duracell battery. Can't return or replace. Don't buy.

To start, if you are not familiar with TENS technology, you should probably research that. That's what this is. I bought it because I get frequent headaches. The pads on a TENS unit don't work well with hair. I was hoping the pen would do better at getting around the hair. It does, but the enclosed booklet gave me a brief but good overview of pressure points. I've discovered if I use the pen on the point at the base of my thumb, it controls headaches much better than direct contact. Those of you experiencing shock on your hand holding the unit - make sure you are using some kind of gel or lotion. I ran out of gel while I was at work so used chapstick. It works even better than the gel. It comes with two attachments plus the diagram indicates it can be used without a head - so three options - but I don't see any info regarding when I should use one over the other. It would be great if they could figure out how to have someone else control the pen so I can get help with pressure points on my back. I don't see how that's possible the way the unit currently works. It is most definitely worth what I paid for it.
