I’ve been taking these for a couple weeks now then I seen they were cheaper on Amazon, but I’ll tell you what they make me feel more awake. I was told to take them because I have Epstein bar and it makes you extremely tired.

easy to open to add to food
Got these for my cats with their sinus issues - vet said to put it with their food - I can' say that they really liked it - and I have a few cats that aren't feeling so well - so once they are all better I will be adding it to one of their bowls - the capsule was easy to open.
