LEUCHTTURM1917Weekly Planner & Notebook Medium (A5) 2023 with extra booklet, Red (Jan 1 - Dec 31, 2023)

This planner has several formats, but the one I got has the week at a glance on the left side and a lined page on the right. I use that side to list priorities for the week so I can track them easily. It has a pocket in the back, but I’ve not needed it yet. A very sturdy book that is good quality (paper, binding, features). Only complaint is they’re hard to search for on here. I had to go to the maker’s storefront to find the one for 2023 when I was shopping in the late fall.

this is my preferred planner. i like it cause the week is on the left and there's a whole page for notes on the right. sturdy construction and easy to write in. if you write in really dark ink or felt tip or sharpie the paper will probably bleed through. this is fine since it's easy enough to avoid those writing implements. love the red color!

You can probably get this same layout for 70% less but this companies stuff is just NICE. There’s a lot of silly extras that are quite useful too like pockets and extra pages.

Nothing compares to the real thing!This is it, for organization, and glorious visual appeal at the same time.

There is no other planner that fits the bill like this one. I like the paper quality much better than the moleskine planners and the size is a bit wider, which is great. The paper is great with all types of pens and highlighters. I have to get mine early every year before all the colors sell out!

I switched to Leuchtturm1917 this year from Moleskin because of the thinning page issue with Moleskin products. I’m sorry to say it but there’s no way these are 80 g/m thickness! The pages are nice and smooth but are not thick enough to see completely through the pages. This picture isn’t even in good lighting and you can see what I mean.I cannot say enough good about the layout though. I love the weekly schedule with notebook page layout, I love the moon cycle is listed as well as a notation for what week you’re in throughout the year. There’s not a lot of unnecessary info in the front of the planner, just a holiday list, annual calendar, project plan (I like this as well) tracker, and moon cycle for this and next year. Plenty of blank, unlined pages in the back (prefer these lined but that’s not a deal breaker) and pocket built into cover.Unfortunately though, the usability is diminished by the page quality so two stars off. I’m unfortunately back on the hunt for a planner.

My 2023 planner seems to have a different feel - the quality of the book and it’s pages doesn't feel as nice as in prior years. I am using the same pen but in my 2023 book, the writing comes through on the other side. Doesn’t bleed through but shows through.

For the money, this planner should at least have decent paper. Extremely disappointing and returning. I'd recommend a Rhodia or Dingbats planner.

This arrived in error, i.e. I was sent the wrong diary and tried to return it. I am glad Amazon told me to keep it as I could not buy another one in January. It has been so useful, that to my surprise I ordered the soft back version for 2024.

Best diary you can get. Good paper quality (no bleeding through pages unlike a moleskin), good binding, layout and design are excellent. Not my first purchase of this diary and won't be my last. Highly recommended.

Beautiful cover in a beautiful color. I so looked forward to the arrival of this. But forget fountain pens. Or even roller balls. The paper lets everything bleed through. I used it for one week and gave up.
