How horizontal clamps should work!
Bessey WNS-Set-MF horizontal clamps are roughly half the price of the equivalent Festool MFT-SP clamps. They are made in China but Bessey's quality-control seems good. Value wise they are well ahead of Festool (Bessey probably make the Festool MFT-SP clamps anyway). Yet despite this huge price difference, the Bessey clamps are far more effective. They offer a more positive action and have a much higher clamping force. They are also very flat in profile. Most importantly, they have ZERO tendency to lift the work piece. You can see them pull the items flat onto the table surface as they tighten. In fact, you can clamp several items together and they all remain flat and fully in contact with the MFT table; try that with the Festool MFT-SP clamps! This is brilliant for sanding, gluing etc. They work like horizontal clamps should. Overall, a much more effective design at a far better price than the equivalent Festool clamps. Highly recommended!Footnote: A second orders of Bessey tools from Amazon got lost in transit and refunded, so I reordered from Bessey UK.

Like Festool MFT-SP only better
For years my favourite clamps have been the Festool MFT-SP; they are extremely easy to use and do an excellent job – they're perfect for holding things still for sanding as they're low profile and stay below the surface of the item (unless it's ver thin!). The only problem with the Festool clamps is that when tightening, they lift the workpiece slightly, so they're useless for something where height is critical, like flattening with a router sledge. These clamps are like the v2.0 of the Festools, in that they don't lift the workpiece. Not only that, but they can be held down to guarantee they don't lift. They're also cheaper than the Festool originals.

Simple and quick to use. Good strong grip
Used for the first time yesterday on a small project on my festool mft table. Fit perfect. They are quick to clamp and hold really firmly. Cam see them as my go to clamps as much quicker to use than the vertical style. Comes as a set of 2 and includes some bench dogs and screw in holders( didn't need these as very secure with only 20mm mft holes). Work well at a fraction of the festool clamp price

High quality item
I bought these as a second set to my Festool clamps. These have a much stronger clamping force, about the same height but fatter tha. The original Festool clamp. Excellent product.

They work well
I bought these to use on an Axminster MFT.They fit in a 20mm hole and can be secured from beneath but I have not had to do that yet. They do not look much being quite light weight and made of some clever plastic but put the work piece against the stop and then rotate the clamp lever and the work piece is locked in place and flat. It doesn’t buckle up.Definitely recommend.

Expensive but effective
work really well and seem to be well made. Functionally great albeit somewhat expensive (hence 1* deduction) ... however if you need this sort of clamp then I can recommend

Great for MFT users
Well-made and very useful.

Leave a gap between clamp and workpiece before you tighten
Very quick and easy to use clamps. Work with an MFT or with a Workmate. Easy to adjust clamping pressure by varying the size of gap you leave between the clamp and the workpiece before you start to close the lever arm. In general, you probably don’t want to snug the clamp up to the workpiece before you tighten or the clamping pressure will be too high. Leave a little gap. The gap will disappear as you move the lever and your clamping pressure will be just how you want it.
