Strong magnets work great for jewelry analysis. I found several fashion rings stamped 925 to be magnetic, which they shouldn't be if they're really 925 silver, including one manufacturered by a high-end name brand fasion designer. You gotta be careful. Easy check right on your keychain.

Strong keep one in the bug out bag never know what you’ll use a magnet for, but I always say better to have and not need to need and not have. My wording sucks but you get the drift.

I bought these before from another company. Not what I expected. While they are decently adequate for holding keys, and attaching to metal surfaces, they are all polarized the same and will not stick together in pairs. For my purposes, I cannot use these for attaching sets of keys with a quick disconnect. I watched the video which showed someone separating 2 of them where the 2 magnetic ends met briefly before the guy pulled them apart implying this is how they work. That is not how they work, in fact the 2 ends repel each other. 2 stars as the description does not make this clear
