I have been taking blue sparilla sea moss sense May 15th 2025. I'm on my 4th jar. I LOVE THIS STUFF! I'm fifty seven years old and I feel amazing! I went through so many reviews and it seems people either love this stuff or hate it. I followed a recommendation to get the pineapple & mango as the most palatable and I think it has the consistency and taste of Jell-O. Very easy to take. I noticed better regularity in my bowel movements within the first few days and definitely less bloating by the afternoon. I have a pair of jeans that usually gets tight after my second meal of the day and they were fine even after dinner! At the end of my first jar, I could see improvement in my skin. I don't really have many issues at 41 but I'd say it gave me more of a glow and my typically dry skin felt less tight right after washing my face or getting out of the shower. I will definitely be buying again, maybe even trying another flavor but I do recommend this one!!

Taste is good.Texture is ok. Kind of expensive for a two week supply. So, you’re looking at about $70/ month to keep it going. For several months I have been suffering with a problem that I suspected was a nutrition deficiency caused by dieting. Not an over night miracle but as they advertised, about 30 days after starting the Sea Moss, this the problem has mostly cleared up and I do notice more energy. So I am thinking it was effective.. Pretty easy to take two tbsps a day.I don‘t mix it with anything. Just take it straight from the jar.

Love this product! I notice a difference in my skin nails and hair, also have been using this to supplement my weight loss in conjunction with b12 shots and sauna. For some reason this product (even just 1 tbsp at night) works better than metformin in my opinion. Also wegovy didn’t work for me as weight loss product but I wish I had this while I was on GLP1 to supplement my metabolism and help my stomach process food better! Pro tip: DO NOT CHEW, put in mouth and chug water right after and you barely taste it! Also remember to put it in the fridge right when you get it don’t be like me the first time when I tried to take a tbsp of warm sea moss gel😅

I received the wrong flavor, and contacted them and said they were gonna submit my message to the correct department and someone will reach out to me…. 3 days later no response, i contacted them again the said the same thing… 3 more days later and no response so I contacted them again and my message supposedly got escalated…. It’s been 3 more days after that as well and still no response…. I don’t think I will continue ordering from them….(Update)So they finally contacted me and resolve the issue, they sent me the right flavor and not only that, they sent this seamoss gummies that are really really good!! I’m a happy customer once again! 😁

I have been using this product for almost a week, and I am ready to order more!!!! If you are a lover of lemons, this is the flavor for you. There is a slight omega 3 type taste, but if you use fish oil pill, this is much less potent!!! Also, my skin is starting to take on this amazing glow once I cleanse in the am/pm. I am definitely feeling fuller throughout the day and snacking less since I started using this product. I for sure am going to continue this product for at least 90 days. So, I receive the full effect of the power of True Sea Moss.

Not the greatest taste but has really great benefits. I’ll definitely be trying the mango and pineapple next. It has the worse long lasting aftertaste. I got my jar yesterday so I tried it at the end of the day which probably wasn’t a good idea since I was really restless last night however I felt great with good energy & not fatigued like I normally am. Definitely will be my morning routine! Just a side note that if it’s your first time trying this it’s recommended to do a teaspoon first so your body can get used to all the vitamins & minerals. Then you can start to do the 1 to 2 tablespoons a day. I’ve only done a teaspoon & this morning I don’t feel as bloated as I usually am and don’t feel tired either!
