Really Helps My Dad Sleep Through the Night Bought this for my dad who was having trouble not just falling asleep but staying asleep. This melatonin works great because it releases in two stages — some right away to help him fall asleep, and the rest slowly over time so he doesn’t wake up in the middle of the night. He’s been sleeping more consistently and wakes up feeling more rested, without that groggy feeling some melatonin products cause. The 1.5 mg dose is just right for him. We also like that it’s non-GMO and from a trusted brand. Definitely recommend for anyone who needs help with both falling *and* staying asleep.

I grabbed this because I wanted something consistent, not a “knockout” vibe. The IR/XR blend is the whole point, it feels like it ramps in gently and stays smooth through the night. Capsules are easy to swallow and the bottle lasts a while, which I appreciate. I also like that it doesn’t leave me feeling foggy the next morning when I keep my timing consistent. Great night sleep
This melatonin works great for me. It’s low dose, extended release seems to do the trick to keep you sleeping the whole night. I pair it with their Magnesium Threonate supplement for added brain health. Best I have slept in years.

Best Melatonin I've found
I like the combination of the extended and quick release, and it does help me sleep, but not as well as I'd like. I have intermittent insomnia and this has not eliminated it. To be fair, I take two other prescription meds and magnesium. So, I can't blame it all on the Melatonin.

Didn’t work for me
I usually have a hard time falling asleep, as well as staying asleep. Unfortunately this product didn’t help either.

Its like Melatonin on steroids. Works well helping me get a good nights sleep.
I used Melatonin for years off and on. It helps but it seemed that it was just not working as well as I've gotten older. A friend of mine put me on to the IR.XR version and I'm so glad that he did. I have been very happy with how much better it works.
