I love these dog clamps!
When no other clamps work, I can usually get a good grip on my work piece using these on my MFT with opposing low bench dogs. They are nicely machined, fit perfectly in 3.4" dog holes, and a bonus is they come with 2 little ratcheting 8 mm wrenches which make them even easier to use.I'm thinking I'll add some PSA cork/rubber on the clamping face.

OK bench dog clamp... but post is too large
This is an OK adjustable bench dog, intended for 3/4" holes in a woodworking bench. But when you try to drop it into a workbench with 3/4" holes, it is way too tight.Three other types of 3/4" bench dog from the local woodworking shop are all a nice slip fit into the same 3/4" holes... those slide in but are not loose. As it looks & functions ok except for the post size, I tried some coarse emery cloth (the kind you use to clean up copper pipe before soldering) and it took a while, but fits now.So good luck if you purchase one.

Fit and work great.
This fit perfect and hold my materials very strongly. I would recommend them.

They’re ok, but there are a lot better ones out there
Not as handy as I thought they’d be. I mean, they work ok, but I decided to use a different method for securing projects.

Bench Dog Clamp
Nice bench, dogs, sturdy, and plenty of holding power.

Possibly used and don't work as intended
Arrived chipped and with fingerprints. As for function, these don't work as intended. When tightened, the clamps actually lift the board completely off the workbench. So you end up with a clamped board that rocks from end to end. And because of the same levering action that lifts the brass part (and thus the board) off the bench, the end with the adjustment wrench is forced into the bench. This means you can't take the wrench off to turn it around to release the tension. I practiced with a piece of 2x4 and had to yank the board out of the clamps in order to release it. Maybe the 'upgraded' version fixes this, but I'm not paying more to find out because I think the same problem of the board lifting off the bench will still be present.

Functionally acceptable but marginal machining quality
I would have rated this item 4 stars but the machining accuracy and quality was only marginally acceptable. The diameter of the dog holes was quite tight on one and too loose on the other. The threads on the adjustable stem have defects which cause the stem to hang up when rotating/adjusting. The machined surfaces are quite rough and unattractive. Since they are able to perform their basic functions I decided to keep them; however, I can't recommend them. Disappointed overall.
