These VALSOLE Heavy Duty Support insoles are an absolute game changer. I’m on my feet all day for work, and I used to deal with constant heel and lower back pain. Not anymore. I've only been wearing them for about an hour now but so far I'm impressed. I've never worn shoes that even touch my high arches, these insoles are actually cradling my feet perfectly! They also fit inside my shoe perfectly! I work in surgery, so 10 hours of either standing in the same spot or running like a chicken with its head cut off. And I've been struggling for years to find something to support me and the 40lb lead I have to wear all day but "good" shoes are too expensive to just trial so I started looking at inserts. And I think these are going to work better than anything I've tried so far! So if you have high arches, these are for you! Like I said its only been a little over an hour so we'll see if they hold up, but you can't beat the price!

I work 12 hour shifts at the hospital..about 12thousand steps per shift. My feet were killing me when I would get home. As soon as I put my work shoes on this morning, I felt the support for my arches! They supported me all day and tonight there is no pain. So they did what they were supposed to do but the tips of my shoes were a bit snug for my toes. BUT I would still buy them again.

These insoles have changed my life! I've been dealing with feet, heel, ankle, knee, and lower back pain as a result of my flat and sensitive feet and these insoles have "healed" those issues! The support is firm and the arch is high and stays in place in my shoes! My heels don't hurt anymore because the heel support and deep foot bed has cradled my feet in love! This design is a game changer! I've tried many "arch fit" insoles and they didn't support my feet the way these do. These are also sturdy and an amazing value for how much they cost! All in all if you struggle with pain in the areas I mentioned you need these insoles! You can slip them into almost any pair of shoes!

I tried these in my work boots after developing a heal spur and couldn’t walk without pain for weeks. I was amazed at how quickly my foot healed and how comfortable my boots had become. They feel like running shoes now. I’ve bout a second pair of the blue ones for my other shoes. I tried the red pair as well they had a higher arch which didn’t fit me as well as the blue ones. I gave those to a coworker who loved them. Now my whole crew has these in their boots. lol they work as hard as I do

The profile of these inserts definitely features a high arch, just as shown in the product photos. I’ve always had high arches, which often leave my feet sore after long walks, so I appreciated the strong arch support these provided during a couple of five-mile walks. However, the overall footbed is firmer than I prefer.For comparison, I also tried the Dr. Scholl's Walk Longer Insoles for Women on the same walks and found them noticeably more comfortable. They offer solid arch support but with a softer, more cushioned feel.What initially drew me to this pair was the pronounced arch design, but the depth of the insole ended up being an issue. Even after removing my original shoe insert, this one took up too much space. It pushed my foot up toward the top of the shoe, reduced grip at the heel (causing some rubbing), and created pressure at the front where my toes were pressed against the upper.These might work well for others with different shoe shapes or support needs, but I personally prefer a shallower, more plush insole.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:These are really good inserts. The VA paid $400 to have me fit for custom orthotics and the Valsole was my preferred insert. 45 days after I bought them the price increased by 60% (I assumed Tariffs were the cause) so I bought a cheaper pair. They were okay but not as good. Now in July 2025 I got lucky because of Prime day they were back to original price and I bought two pair!

Sufficient arch support which relieved my heel discomfort. I used the "Red" pair in my Sketchers "max cushion" shoes. I removed the original insoles and replaced them with these supports - no trimming required for my size 12 men's shoe. With this combination, the shoes are very comfortable. I used double faced tape to secure the "Blue" model insoles to my athletic slides, which I use for house slippers. I noticed that the red pair provides a little more cushioning in the arch area of my foot. These insoles are marked for people 210+ lbs but I'm only 180lbs. However, they work great for me. Especially the Red pair when I'm mowing the lawn. If you need heavy duty support and heel pain relief, I would recommend you try the Red pair. Since each person's foot is different, you'll have try various insoles until you find what works for you. Good luck.
