After purchasing the 'house' the babies can live in, you can order new surprise babies thru the mail. We didn't know that when we first purchased the house but found out about the new surprise babies that can be ordered later. The girls - 4 and 6, loved getting the new 'surprise' babies about monthly - they were cute and well made. Like all toys, after a while they moved on but had a good time with it.

Smaller than expected
The little dolls are much small than Expected. Smaller than an LOL doll and not quite as was pictured. Not a total loss though as my daughter really enjoyed playing with them.
